Mold development
1. Mold opening discussion, mold design and review confirmation; 2. Provide DFM and DFMEA documents to customers; 3. Mold making and mold testing; 4. Test FAI report of the sample; 5. Samples and documents are sent to customers for confirmation.
Process development
1. Determine the trial production process plan, prepare process flow charts, control plans, work instructions, inspection standards and packaging specifications and other documents; 2. Trial production and summary review; 3. Submit trial production products and PPAP documents to customers.
Production
1. The production workshop is produced in accordance with the requirements of the control plan and work instructions, and the quality assurance department conducts inspection and control according to the inspection standards; 2. Coordinate with customers to solve delivery and service problems, continuously improve quality and service to achieve customer satisfaction; 3. Handling of engineering changes.
Mold flow analysis

Mold flow analysis is the use of data simulation software, through the computer to complete the simulation of pouring molding, simulate the process of sand mold pouring, obtain some data results, through these results to evaluate the feasibility of the mold scheme, improve the mold design scheme and product design scheme.

Use Anycasting/procasting to import the designed 3D mold data into the simulation software and set the environmental parameters

Heat Transfer/Solidification Process Analysis: Overall Solidification Process and Solidification Shrinkage Defect Prediction
Adjust the process —
Summarize the defects such as shrinkage porosity and cold insulation of the product to obtain the location of defects, and improve and avoid the occurrence of problems by adjusting the process parameters of mold process and pouring.
